Discounted rates apply to Penton residents, Penton groups, Penton commercial, charities, local area community groups and religious groups.
Bookings for Parties (birthday parties and similar) must be for a minimum of three (3) hours to include setup and clearing time. Bookings for all parties require a £100 security deposit which will be returned in full if there is no damage. Acceptance of teenage and 21st parties in general will be subject to adequate provision of supervised security and even then will be at the discretion of the Trustees.
All the above rates include the use of the kitchen, all crockery and equipment etc.

A £100 non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. This includes use of Halls, Kitchen and all equipment including crockery, cutlery, etc. sufficient for 100 people.
The normal period for hire for a wedding is from noon on the Friday to noon of the Sunday. If different timing is required, this will be subject to negotiation and may incur an additional charge.
Use of the Halls is subject to the current Terms and Conditions available on the website or at request.
